RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Isac, our mission is to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. We have carefully crafted the following return policy specifically for your Isac purchases. Kindly review the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

We gladly accept returns of our Isac clothing within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels and shipping bags intact.

Please note that our socks are non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • Return Process:

To initiate a return, kindly contact our helpful customer service team within the 14 days from the date of delivery by sending an e-mail to info@isacstores.com with ‘RETURN + ORDER NUMBER’ in the subject. Please note it takes 2 – 3 business days to proceed your request. We will guide you through the seamless return process and provide you with any necessary instructions to ship your Isac items back to our warehouse.

When sending the item back to us, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You can bring your package to several drop off points that you can find an overview here.

Please also note that the customer is responsible for the delivery and all the shipping fees until it reaches Isac Designs’ BV Warehouse.

  • Refund Options:

Once we receive and carefully inspect the returned Isac clothing, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the item meets the eligibility criteria, you can select either a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. In the case of a refund, the original payment method used during the purchase will be promptly credited. Kindly note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in situations where the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or an error on our part. In such instances, upon verification, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an Isac item that is damaged or defective, kindly reach out to our customer service team immediately via info@isacstores.com with ‘DEFECT + ORDER NUMBER’ in subject. We will swiftly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, based on your preference.

  • Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item, following the refund options mentioned above.
