2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
o For detailed information on shipping durations and delivery estimates, please refer to our Shipment and Delivery Policy. The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. For Belgium delivery time can take up to 1-2 business days. 
 
3. Is it safe to shop on your website?

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
o Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, modifications or cancellations is only possible by sending us a mail to info@isacstores.com. You can find the terms and agreements regarding returns here.

o Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our designated shipping carrier (Bpost) with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

o For detailed information, we refer to our return policy. We accept returns of our Isac clothing within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels and shipping bags intact. Our socks are non-refundable and non-changeable. 
 
9. Are there any additional costs, such as customs fees or taxes, for international orders?
o International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
